The Texas State Guard Maritime Regiment provides the Governor of State of Texas,the Adjutant General of Texas and the Commander, Texas State Guard with Mission ready, volunteer personnel for operations in the maritime, littoral, and riverine environment in support of Homeland Defense and in response to man-made or natural disasters.
